Dynamic Engineering Australia (DEA), in conjunction with JetBlack Safety, exhibited at the annual Australian Institute of Occupational Hygienists (AIOH) conference held at Crown in Perth last week. Our exhibit featured the new-look JetBlack Safety range including the new handsfree, walk-through cleaning booth. The booth created a lot of interest from the smelting, refineries and metals industries, who were very keen in how the booth could assist their workers moving from dirty zones to clean zones (crib room) and home.
DEA also displayed the Plymoth local exhaust ventilation range which is very topical for occupational hygienists with new regulations and guidelines coming into effect around the country and internationally. Delegates were looking at affordable solutions for smaller businesses such as sole operators and tradesmen, and were impressed with the PortaFlex portable extraction unit as a solution.
Greg Albert and myself attended the trade exhibition on both days, and held many intriguing conversations with delegates and fellow exhibitors. Lots of fun and hopefully valuable contacts made.
